Introduction

• The "Vista United States" website (the "Website") operated by Vista System and/or Tech-Sign Advanced Signage Systems Ltd. ("Vista" or the "Company") and used also serves as a sales site for purchasing modular signage systems of the "Vista" brand (the "Product").
• What is stated in these regulations in the masculine language is for convenience only and the regulations refer to members of both genders equally.
• The purchase through the website is subject to the conditions detailed in these regulations.
• The mere purchase of the product on the website will constitute a declaration by the customer that he has read the instructions of this regulation, understood them and agreed to them. The regulations constitute a binding contract between you and the company."

Purchase

• The site allows customers to buy the product conveniently, easily and safely via the Internet.

* The products offered for purchase on the website do not include graphics. Images containing graphics are for illustration purposes only.

• You can purchase the product on the website at any time until the stock runs out.
• The purchase on the website is in accordance with the options offered, if the option of payment by credit card is selected, the transaction will only be carried out after approval by the credit company.
• The price of the product on the website includes VAT
• The company reserves the right to stop the marketing and sale of the product at any time, as well as deny the right to purchase on the sales site at its discretion."

Returns and cancellations

• You can cancel the deal by contacting the company's customer service by phone or by e-mail. The cancellation of the deal will be valid only after receiving a fax or e-mail from the company confirming the request to cancel the deal. In case the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the company and all costs involved in returning the product will be paid by the customer. The product will be returned in its original packaging together with the original invoice as long as 30 days have not yet passed from the date of purchase of the product.
• In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the company will return the full amount of the transaction to the customer minus shipping costs and cancellation fees amounting to 10% of the purchase value. The credit will be made through a credit voucher for future purchases.
• If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee, as stated above.

The transaction cancellation policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased on the website. The company will not handle the return of products purchased through another source.

Product delivery and shipping

• The company will take care of delivering the product to the customer to the address typed by him when making the purchase on the sales site, within 12 business days.
• The company will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control.
• The product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and the customer cannot pickup the product from the company's offices/or any other warehouse independently.

The product price does not include the cost of shipping throughout United States depending on the distance from the State of Florida.

Warranty and service

• The warranty for the product covers material defects in the body of the product and/or its operation which were caused by the company.

• During the warranty period, the company will provide all its obligations as detailed below:
• The warranty is only valid for a customer who holds an original proof of purchase and only if the purchase was made through the "Vista United States" website store. The company reserves the right to require the customer to prove that he is the original purchaser of the product.
• The sole remedy for any defective product covered under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. The company's total liability with respect to any defective product will in no case exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
• The company's responsibility will not apply in cases where the defect in the product is caused by incorrect operation.
• The company will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or incorrect use of the product, including any accidental, special, indirect or consequential damage - as far as the law allows.
